The San Diego Research Ethics Consortium (SDREC) is a multi-institution core resource formed by some of the leading biomedical research institutions in Southern California to support the ethical conduct of science in stem cell and other research programs. Its mission is to foster an environment of integrity and responsibility in the conduct of research by increasing awareness, discussion, and understanding of the ethical dimensions of research.
